We offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund window starting from the day your package is delivered. Please note that we only accept returns and process refunds for orders placed within the United States. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Thakasa products are only available for purchase and shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time to ensure the fastest, most reliable local delivery for our domestic customers.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if an item arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please take a photo of the damage, the waybill and contact us via email or through our Facebook or Instagram pages within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement immediately.
