How to Start a Return

Visit the Returns Center or contact us at led.us.lighting@gmail.com.

Enter your order number and email address.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.

Submit your request.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a shipping label.
Return Method
Mail Returns

Print the return shipping label from the confirmation email.

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Items must include all parts, accessories, and tags
-
Items that were delivered disassembled must be returned disassembled
Thakasa reserves the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or suspected fraud or abuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or discounted items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom products

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund. The amount may vary depending on:

Original delivery fees are non-refundable, including:

$4.99 delivery charge for orders under $35

Expedited or upgraded shipping services
If an order is refused or returned due to failed delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
