The 24W RGB CCT Exterior Wall Wash Lighting MiBoxer RL1-24 is a remote control system designed for exterior wall-wash lighting. It features powerful RGB+CCT chips that can be controlled. The light can be adjusted to a wide range of colors, with customizable color temperature settings for a range of temperatures from 2700K to 6500K. 2.4G RF Remote Controls can control it. There are 16 million colors available and 9 dynamic modes available. The brightness, saturation, color temperature, and color-changing speed are adjustable for different scenes. One Wall Washer Fixture will receive the signals from the Remote Control and transmit them to other same model Lights within 30 meters. All of them can work synchronously. The Exterior Washer Lights use high-lumen LED Chips as light sources, low power consumption and luminance decrease, bright color, and high brightness. The surface with an optical lens for high lighting transmitting rate, wide beam angle, and long illumination distance. The high-quality aluminum alloy housing, strong hardness, anti-corrosion, and fast heat dissipation improve the lifespan. The 180° rotatable brackets are included, you can adjust the beam angle freely. The waterproof level of the Wall Washer Light reaches IP66, which is excellent waterproof. You can install them in a damp location, and they will work normally on rainy days. It can be used for indoor and outdoor lighting projects, parties, stages, walls, landscapes, gardens, bridges, hotels, buildings, etc.

Return period
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
A return must be requested within this period. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Products delivered disassembled must be returned disassembled unless Thakasa provides different instructions.

Return shipping
For returns due to customer preference, ordering error, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
If Thakasa provides a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund. The amount will be disclosed before the customer accepts the label.
Thakasa pays reasonable return-shipping costs when we confirm that an item was:

Inspection and refunds
Returned products are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges
Original expedited, upgraded, freight, or other shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by Thakasa’s error or a confirmed damaged or defective product.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within the same 30-day return period, subject to availability.
The fastest option may be to return the original product and place a separate order. Any price difference will be disclosed before completing an exchange.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order begins processing or has shipped.
If the order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
Refused and undeliverable shipments
Shipping and return costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be deducted from the refund unless the delivery failure resulted from our error.
Damaged or defective items
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.
We will review the claim and provide appropriate replacement, return, or refund instructions.
