Return period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

A return must be requested within this period. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

• Include its original packaging

• Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and tags

• Not show damage caused by use, installation, modification, or improper handling

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase from Thakasa

Products delivered disassembled must be returned disassembled unless Thakasa provides different instructions.

Include your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send a return to the public business address unless your return authorization specifically directs you there.

Return shipping

For returns due to customer preference, ordering error, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

If Thakasa provides a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund. The amount will be disclosed before the customer accepts the label.

Thakasa pays reasonable return-shipping costs when we confirm that an item was:

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective upon arrival

• Incorrectly shipped

• Materially different from the purchased product

Non-returnable products

The following may not be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Installed, assembled, altered, or used products

• Products missing original packaging or components

• Products marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable before purchase

• Clearance products expressly marked Final Sale

• Products subject to health or hygiene restrictions after opening

A product being discounted does not automatically make it final sale. Any final-sale restriction must be displayed on the product page before purchase.

Inspection and refunds

Returned products are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• Up to 5 business days for inspection

• Approximately 5–10 additional business days for the financial institution to post the refund

Bank processing times are outside Thakasa’s control.

Original shipping charges

Original expedited, upgraded, freight, or other shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by Thakasa’s error or a confirmed damaged or defective product.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the same 30-day return period, subject to availability.

The fastest option may be to return the original product and place a separate order. Any price difference will be disclosed before completing an exchange.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order begins processing or has shipped.

If the order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Refused and undeliverable shipments

Shipping and return costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be deducted from the refund unless the delivery failure resulted from our error.

Damaged or defective items

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.

We will review the claim and provide appropriate replacement, return, or refund instructions.
